Cindy, I’m not aware of any contraindication between GABA and St. John’s wort. Start at the lowest recommended dosage for each and see how you feel.I was wondering if you knew of any better brands that contain higher amounts of hyperforin than Perika (WS 5570 extract) which contains 0.2% min.
